Rising to the Challenge 

The Clarence E. Harris Foundation has issued a challenge grant to help mobilize support for YWLAF and CGLA.  We are so grateful to the many visionary investors in our community who rose to the challenge to help us meet—and exceed—the first year of the Harris Challenge in 2009-10!  Your contributions are helping CGLA to change the trajectory of girls who face challenges to achieving their full potential. 

Now the challenge begins anew:  the Harris Foundation will contribute $75,000 if we are able to attract at least $75,000 in new gifts by June 30, 2011.  Will you be an early investor in meeting the Harris Challenge for year 2?  CGLA students are on an academic journey that is preparing them for success in college, participation in our region’s workforce, and leadership in the 21^st century.  And the way for that journey is being paved at CGLA.  Click on the “Donate Now” button to make an investment in a girl’s future today.
